General Description

ICL1103 is a single channel high voltage linear constant current LED driver, which integrates 550V high voltage MOS. The output current can be set through an external resistor between 5mA and 60mA.

ICL1103 built-in linear type thermal protection function to effectively prevent damage to the system caused by high temperature.

ICL1103 system has simple peripherals, flexible application, high reliability, small volume, and low system BOM cost. Various package types can be applied to all kinds of LED lamps. The HSOP-7L package (ICL1103AR) integrates the bridge diodes can simplify the peripheral circuit furthermore.
