Application introduction of EVERLIGHT LED in different wavelength bands

      About the introduction of LED applications in different bands, UV LED, visible light LED, infrared light LED, some commonly used LED light sources, what are the special use channels?

       1.UVLED (ultraviolet LED):

  (1) Low UV: 250nm-265nm-285nm-365nm, now it can achieve 250nm-410nm. These are all INGaN/GaN material carbides. These ultraviolet rays can kill all bacteria in the water, and its lethality can reach 98%, especially at 285 nm.

  (2) Mid-ultraviolet light: 365 nm -370 nm de-illumination is internationally accepted. Ultraviolet light is lethal. General doctors are required to ensure that they are free of bacteria during surgery. 365nm-390nm generally use this ultraviolet to fill dentists, its characteristics are: strong function, short time. At the same time, the wavelength of 365nm-370nm is used internationally to distinguish the authenticity of banknotes.

  (3) High ultraviolet light: 405 nm -410 nm, the maximum size of the wafer is 2 inches (also called ultraviolet wafer). From 345-410nm can be used for the cultivation of plant seeds. 405nm-410nm is also used to distinguish the authenticity of RMB banknotes.

  2.VIS LED (visible light LED):

   (1) Blue light: 430nm-450nm-470nm Note that it is applied to the blue light band. Its main component is INGaN/GaN, but its content is low, the capacity is low, and it is not durable. It is mainly used in the blue light band.

  (2) Green light: 505nm-520nm-540nm is mainly used in the green light band, and its main component is: INGaN/GaN. The main component of 556 is: GaP/ALInGaP, which is the pure green that the human eye can see most clearly in international spectroscopy.

  (3) Yellow light: the main application in the 570nm-590nm band is amber (yellow), and the main application in the 600nm-620nm band is orange

  (4) Red light: 630nm-640nm wave band is mainly used for red, 660nm-730nm wave length is mainly used for deep red.

 

3.Infra LED (infrared LED):

   From a medical point of view, using 660nm-730nm-780nm light will promote plant growth.

   730nm-760nm made into medical products can check whether the patient is a vegetable

  760nm-790nm-805nm is used in medicine to detect fat content.

  850nm-880nm is used to detect engine speed.

   900nm is mainly used as a testing instrument to detect human blood gas, blood sugar, etc.

  940nm is mainly used as a remote control for position locking.

  1000nm-1300nm-1500nm-1550nm is made into a detection instrument which mainly detects human alcohol/fiber/carbon monoxide/carbon dioxide and other volatile gases.

 

 Other special use of special bands:

  (1) 250nm-300nm (0.1MW), 350nm-360nm (1MW), 380nm-400nm (5MW, 20MA). The product excites the photocatalyst with light in the wavelength range of 320nm~400nm, which can effectively remove formaldehyde, benzene, xylene in the office air and viruses, bacteria, and odors in the office air, prevent virus infection and reduce disease transmission. At the same time, it can promote metabolism in the body, strengthen immunity, make us energetic and healthy family members.

   (2) The wavelength of 570-580 nanometers causes the mosquito's retina to blur and make it escape automatically.

(3) 320nm~380nm ultraviolet rays can promote skin metabolism, strong upper skin growth, thick skin, and can also treat psoriatic moss (psoriasis), vitiligo, etc.; used for lighting can make the illuminated object have a strong fluorescent effect; also It can be used for industrial radiation detection, chemical phase formation, and currency verification.

(4) 275nm~320nm ultraviolet rays; sunbathing has a strong physiological effect on the human body, it can cause skin photochemistry and light spot process, so that the skin produces many active substances, which can play a role in the human internal organs, mental system, endocrine system and circulatory system. Good effect; after the human body is exposed to the sun, it causes skin redness and produces erythema effect. On the other hand, it converts 7-dehydroergot cholesterol in the skin into vitamin D3 or D2, and promotes the normal calcium and phosphorus cycle of the body. Pregnant women, young children, etc. are especially important.

  (5) Utilizing the eyesight of insects to have the greatest sensitivity in the ultraviolet region around 360nm; it can lure insects together and kill them

   (6) The special wavelength of 315nm, the ultraviolet B band has a strong physiological effect on animals, and it can play a positive role in the normal work of the animal's internal organs, nervous system, endocrine system and circulatory system, and promote the synthesis of protein and vitamin D3.
